“One more.” Said the blond haired girl, reaching her hand towards flowers laying on the table.
Eli sat on a small chair, staying in the middle of the room and two, staying close to her girls plaited her hair in a two, thick plaits, in which were plaited springs flowers.
The three, other girls sat on the chairs. Bending slightly, they weaved garlands and Mrs Bowlin bustled about the stove.
“Ah” Fell into a reverie blond haired girl, crossing a strand of Eli’s hair.
“I’m curious, how it feel, when man unbraid your hair.”
“Stupid!” Said, sitting on the chair also blond haired girl. “That will not happen to you.”
Leaning over Eli, second girl pursed her lips, trying to stop amusement, but it wasn’t easy, especially when in the room reigned lively atmosphere.
The blond girl blushed and embarrassed came back to her action.
“Men’s hands are big… “ Murmured, sitting close to the window chubby girl.
“Not all!” Said with tone of expert the blond girl with garland. “John’s hands are small. Even smaller than mine. ”
“But John isn’t a man.” Said the dark haired girl.
“And which hands have Jakow?” Asked suddenly the chubby girl.
When she said that, Eli felt that all eyes rested on her.
In her mind she recalled his fingers clasped with hers; his thumb gently touched her skin; hands so strong and at the same time so soft.
“His hands… His hands are love.” She whispered.
Oh!– Rang on the room.
“That’s so romantic!” Sighed the chubby girl.
“What a shame that we will not have such luck as you. All the best man are married or have fiancés. We will have leftover.” Said the blond haired girl.
“And John.” Added the dark haired girl with mischievous smile.
“Oh, please…” Said blond haired girl with garland, rolling her eyes.
“Did I heard horses?” Interrupted the chubby girl.
“Probably, boys want to steal our bride.” Said Mrs Bowlin, putting away a jug.
Knock, knock, knock!!!
“I’m coming.” Shouted the old woman, coming closer to the door. She grab a handle and pulled it to herself. The door creaked.

She stiffened, not saying the rest of the sentence.
